InsideOut get up to speed on first aid training

With accidents fairly common place in the workplace and on site, we decided to take a breath away from all the hard graft on site and update our first aid knowledge and skills. (Well needed in my case).

Thanks to Checkatrade who organised the 1 day AoFAQ Level 2 – Emergency First Aid at Work course (QCF) at the Selsey Centre & DjB Training & Development, we both passed with flying colours.

We also benefited from a half hour lunch break at the beach.

As a company we now have the skills & knowledge to deal with first aid situations in the workplace & comply with Health & safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 & the Health & Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1982.

As a small business I had never considered I have to have this training for compliance. This valuable qualification is recognised by the HSE & is valid for 3 years
